Privacy Policy

The short version
- The cards BJAssist reads off your screen are processed entirely on your device and never leave your browser.
- We run no analytics, no ads, and no trackers — not in the extension and not on this site.
- The only personal data we handle is what a paid subscription requires: your license key and, if you provide it at checkout, your email address.
- We never sell your data, and we never use it for anything other than running BJAssist.
What the extension collects and why

The extension's Bonuses tab fetches a public list of casino bonus links from our database (hosted on Supabase). That request sends no personal data — it is a plain read of public rows.
What we do NOT do
- We do not collect your browsing history, the sites you visit, or your gameplay results.
- We do not record, transmit, or store the contents of any web page.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone except the service providers below, and only as needed to run BJAssist.
- The extension is read-only: it never clicks, bets, or plays on your behalf, and never interacts with your casino account.
Service providers
- Dodo Payments (merchant of record) — processes payments, issues license keys, and handles activation/validation. Your payment card details go directly to Dodo; we never see them. See Dodo Payments' privacy policy.
- Supabase — hosts our backend (checkout session creation, license webhooks, and the public bonus list). See Supabase's privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts this website. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) may be processed to serve and secure the site.
Data retention and deletion
License and purchase records are kept while your subscription is active and as long as required for tax and accounting. Everything stored by the extension itself (settings, license key, free-hand flag) lives in your browser and is removed when you uninstall the extension. To have your subscription data deleted, email us and we will remove what we hold and pass the request to Dodo Payments.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will honor it.
Children
BJAssist is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18/21+ depending on jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
